Prices may be shown in your local currency for reference, but your order is charged in Turkish lira (TRY) at checkout. You do not need a TRY account: any international credit or debit card works, and your bank converts the amount at its own rate, which may include a small fee.

Every piece is made and finished by hand in our İznik workshop. Orders ship within 7–10 business days.

After dispatch: usually 7–14 days to the US, Europe and the UK (often about a week), 10–20 business days to Australia, Canada and elsewhere, and 2–5 days within Türkiye. Orders over ₺10,000 (≈ $200) ship free to the US (duties and import taxes prepaid), Australia and Canada.

Yes. As Thorn Mill products are handcrafted, we stand behind each piece. During the 2-year warranty period, repairs or replacement parts for manufacturing-related issues are provided free of charge. After that, our Lifetime Service continues to support your piece.

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused and undamaged.
