When will my order be shipped?

Our products are prepared and shipped within an average of 7-14 business days, depending on the workload in our workshop.

How long is the delivery time?

2–5 days for deliveries within Turkey, and usually 7–20 days for international shipments.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. As Thorn Mill products are handcrafted, we stand behind each piece. In the rare event of a problem, free repair or replacement parts will be provided.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused and undamaged.

Is personalization possible for your products?

Yes. For many of our products, we can offer custom laser engraving and special material options upon request. You can contact us after or before completing your order.

Why don't you use coatings or paint?

Because natural brass, copper, and titanium develop their own patina over time. Thus, each product acquires a unique identity specific to its owner. You can find care instructions in the user manuals for our products.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

In the rare event of delays, you will be informed via email. Additionally, a shipping tracking number will be shared for each order.
