Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at uyganzanaat@gmail.com before sending your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items that show signs of use, have been modified, or are not returned in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
