Processing time
Each Thorn Mill piece is made and finished by hand in our workshop in İznik, Türkiye. Orders ship within 7–10 business days. Custom or personalized orders may take longer; we will confirm the timing with you by email.
Shipping costs
- United States: free on orders over ₺10,000 (about $200). Orders below that ship for ₺1,500 (about $30). Duties included.
- Australia & Canada: free on orders over ₺7,500 (about $145). Orders below that ship for ₺1,000 (about $20).
- Europe & United Kingdom: free on orders over ₺7,500 (about €135). Orders below that ship for ₺1,000 (about €18).
- Other destinations: ₺1,000 (about $20).
- Türkiye: free.

Delivery times after dispatch
- United States, Europe & UK: usually 7–14 days, often about a week
- Australia, Canada & other destinations: usually 10–20 business days
- Türkiye: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs clearance, holidays and carrier delays.
Customs duties and import taxes
- United States: US orders ship with duties and import taxes prepaid. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
- All other destinations: your country may charge import VAT, GST, duties or carrier handling fees on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the recipient.
Lighters
Lighters are shipped without fuel, in line with carrier safety rules.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, please reach us through our Contact page and we will resolve it with you.
