Lifetime Service

Every Thorn Mill piece is designed to be used for many years.

Mechanical objects may require maintenance over time. We are happy to provide guidance, adjustment, cleaning, and mechanical service whenever possible.

Each service request is evaluated individually. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered as complimentary service.

Replacement parts or repairs may require a service fee when necessary. Our goal is to keep every Thorn Mill creation functional and enjoyable for as long as possible.

A Thorn Mill piece is built to accompany its owner for years—not just until the day it is delivered.
