Lifetime Service

Every Thorn Mill piece is designed to be used for many years.

Each piece is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with free repairs and replacement parts during that period. Lifetime Service continues after the warranty ends.

Mechanical objects may require maintenance over time. We are happy to provide guidance, adjustment, cleaning, and mechanical service whenever possible.

Each service request is evaluated individually. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered as complimentary service.

After the warranty period, replacement parts or repairs may require a service fee. Our goal is to keep every Thorn Mill creation functional and enjoyable for as long as possible.

A Thorn Mill piece is built to accompany its owner for years—not just until the day it is delivered.
