2. How are international shipping fees calculated? Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your address information during the order. Customs duties may be the responsibility of the buyer in some regions.
3. Are the products under warranty? Yes. Thorn Mill products are guaranteed for 2 years for manufacturing defects, however rare they may be.
4. Do I have a right of return? Yes. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused and undamaged.
5. Why do the products not contain coating or paint? Natural materials (brass, copper, titanium, wood) develop a patina over time. This makes each product unique to its owner.

7. What should I do if my order is delayed? In case of rare delays, you will be informed by email or message. A cargo tracking number is also shared for each order.
