Yes. Every Thorn Mill piece is individually crafted, assembled, and inspected in our workshop in İznik, Türkiye. No ready-made kits or mass-produced assemblies are used.

Is every piece identical?

No. Even when the same model is produced, natural materials and handcrafting ensure that every Thorn Mill piece has its own unique character.

What is included with my order?

Every Thorn Mill piece is delivered in its original presentation box, carefully protected, and accompanied by its own individually prepared Certificate of Authenticity.

Can Thorn Mill products be serviced?

Yes. Thorn Mill pieces are designed to last for many years. Whenever possible, we provide maintenance, adjustment, and mechanical service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We safely ship Thorn Mill creations to customers around the world.

How long does production take?

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched quickly. Made-to-order products may require additional production time depending on the piece and our current workshop schedule.

Do you accept custom projects?

Yes. We accept a limited number of custom commissions when they align with our workshop and design philosophy. Please contact us for details.

What materials do you use?

We primarily work with brass, titanium, copper, bronze, aluminum, and carefully selected natural woods. We prefer to preserve the natural character of each material rather than covering it with paint or decorative coatings.

Do you offer a warranty?

Instead of a conventional warranty, we follow a Lifetime Service philosophy. Whenever possible, we continue to support our creations with maintenance, repairs, and technical assistance.

Are Thorn Mill products collectible?

Every Thorn Mill creation is designed not only for everyday use, but also to become a lasting mechanical object that can be enjoyed and passed down for generations.
